Police-involved shooting in Brooklyn Center connected to double homicide in Minneapolis
A man who was recently released from custody on a gun charge arrived at a relative’s home on Irving Avenue North in Minneapolis and shot and killed two occupants, a man in his 20s and a 14-year-old boy, both of whom are reported to be related to the suspect. Later, that man encountered police in Brooklyn Center, where he was shot.
