According to the American Red Cross, the national blood supply has fallen by about 35% over the past few months, leading the organization to declare a severe blood shortage, one of the most significant shortages in recent years.

There have been several more arrests in wake of the January protest at Cities Church in St. Paul. 

A man who was recently released from custody on a gun charge arrived at a relative’s home on Irving Avenue North in Minneapolis and shot and killed two occupants, a man in his 20s and a 14-year-old boy, both of whom are reported to be related to the suspect. Later, that man encountered police in Brooklyn Center, where he was shot. 

The ICE surge began to affect students directly when reports of agents allegedly staying at the Graduate Hotel on the university’s campus were made.

The demand, known as a “Touhy” is the required process to obtain records and evidence from a federal agency. The demand calls for the federal government to comply by March 3.
